RIP: Limerick deaths and funeral details, Sunday, March 22

Deaths in Limerick: Tuesday, March 12, 2024

The death has occurred of William (Willie) Hynes, Marian Terrace, Cappamore, Co. Limerick and late of ESB Rosbrien on March 21st 2026 in the loving care of Nenagh Hospital.

Predeceased by his parents William and Bridget, his sisters Margaret Downey and Bedie Kelly, and his grandsons James and David.

Sadly missed by his loving wife Mary (nee Gleeson), sons Patrick and Colin, daughters Marie Keating and Colette Coonan (Ardcroney), daughter-in-law Noreen, sons-in-law Séamus and Eddie, brother Mike John, sister Anna Martin, cousin Margaret Ryan, grandchildren Sarah, Clíona, Claire, Sinéad, Eoin, Jane, Thomas, Eamonn and Ciarán, great-grandchildren Holly and Paudie, brothers-in-law Liam Gleeson and Liam Martin, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Rest in peace.

Reposing at Lynch-Kelly’s Funeral Home, Cappamore (V94C5H2) Wednesday evening from 5:30 pm with removal at 7:30 pm to St Michael’s Church Cappamore. Requiem Mass Thursday at 11.30 am followed by burial in Doon cemetery.

Family flowers only, donations if desired to the Irish Kidney Association.

It is with deep sadness we announce the death of Marie (Mary) Casey (nee Bethal), Sarsfield Court, Edward St, Limerick.

On March 22nd 2026, peacefully, at St Camillus, surrounded by her loving family.

Pre-deceased by her husband Paddy, brothers Joe and George.

Sadly missed by her son Stephen, daughter-in-law Gillian, grandchildren Cian and Saoirse, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
