2) Legal Framework & Methodology

This report is published in compliance with The Gender Pay Gap Information Act 2021 and associated Regulations. Employers in Ireland with 50 or more employees must calculate and publish gender pay gap information across several measures, including hourly remuneration, bonus pay, and pay quartiles. Formpress Publishing Ltd calculated these figures using data from all employees employed on the snapshot date of 30 June 2025.

The methodology follows current guidance: hourly remuneration includes basic pay and allowances. Bonus calculations are based on payments made in the 12 months preceding the snapshot date. Employees were ranked by hourly pay and divided into four quartiles to determine gender representation at each level.
