Monaleen narrowly defeated Bruff in the premier U20 hurling championship final in Kilmallock yesterday afternoon.
2024 has been a succesful year for the Castletroy club where they have won premier minor, premier U20 and junior A championship titles.
After the game, Leader Sport caught up with Monaleen U20 hurling manager Niall Macken.
