GARDAI in Limerick are hunting down a hit-and-run motorist after a number of cars were damaged in a multiple-vehicle collision on Sunday.
Gardaí and emergency services attended at the scene of the road traffic incident at Childers Road, Limerick city on Sunday afternoon.

A garda spokesperson said this Monday morning that it was a four-vehicle road traffic collision.
"The driver of one of the vehicles failed to remain at scene," said the garda spokesperson.
No injuries have been reported at this time. There were long traffic delays in the Childers Road area as the vehicles were towed away and debris removed from the road.
"Investigations are ongoing," said the garda spokesperson.
Anybody who witnessed the incident, or has dash-cam footage, is asked to contact Roxboro garda station on 061 214340 to assist officers with their investigation.
