RIP

The death has occurred of Robert Carroll of Steamboat Quay, Limerick.

Passed away, peacefully, at Milford Care Centre, on Wednesday, March 5.

Beloved brother to the late Deborah and Sean. Robert passed away after a courageous battle with Motor Neuron Disease.

He will be missed dearly by his loving daughter, Robyn, and her mum, Karen. He will be held in loving memory by his father, Sean, aunt Ann, his brothers and sisters, mother, Elizabeth, and his extended family and friends.

Reposing at Thompsons, Funeral Home, Thomas Street, on Monday, March 10 from 11.30am to 1pm, followed by Cremation Service at Shannon Crematorium at 2pm.

Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu to Milford Care Centre.

A special thank you to the staff at Milford Care Centre and Charleville Nursing Home for their compassionate care.

The death has occurred of Bernadette Power née Leahy of Pennywell Road, Limerick and late of the Dublin Road, Limerick.

Bernie passed away, peacefully, surrounded by her loving family, in the care of Milford Hospice, on Thursday, March 6.

Predeceased by her devoted husband Paddy, children Martin, Majella and Ambrose, her great-grandchildren Alison and little Moss.

Deeply regretted and sadly missed by her sons, Derek, Brian, Kenneth and Padraig, daughters Diane (O’ Connor), Antoine (Carey) and Martina (Power Hurley), daughter-in-law Margaret, partners Emily and Marian, sons-in-law Larry, Michael and Eugene, seventeen grandchildren, great-grandchildren, sisters Peggy, Mary and Ann, wonderful neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Cross’s Funeral Home, Lower Gerald Griffin Street on Friday, March 7 from 5.30pm to 7pm.

Arriving for Requiem Mass on Saturday, March 8 at 11am at St John’s Cathedral, Cathedral Place, funeral afterwards to Mount St Oliver Cemetery.

Family flowers only. Donations, if desired, to Milford Hospice.

The death has occurred of Sr Juliana (Sally) Purcell of Presentation Convent, Hospital, Limerick and Formerly of Ballinlough, Kilteely, Co Limerick.

Sr Juliana passed away, peacefully, at The Galway Clinic, on Wednesday, March 5.

Predeceased by her parents Philip and Nora, brothers Br Michael (Sean), Billy, Tommy, Br Charles (Michael) and Philip, sisters Kathleen Judge, Sr Rita, Sr Josephine, Nora Donovan and Isobel Horton.

Deeply regretted and sadly missed by her Presentation Community, sisters Nancy (Ivory) Breda (McManus), niece, grandnieces, grandnephews, great grandnieces, great grandnephews, cousins, relatives and many friends.

Sr Juliana will be reposing at the convent chapel on Friday, March 7 from 3pm until 5.30pm with prayers at 5pm.

Funeral cortége arriving in St John The Baptist Church, Hospital, Co Limerick, on Saturday, March 8 for Requiem Mass at 11.30am, burial afterwards in the convent cemetery.

The death has occurred of Vincent (Vinny) Feheney of Athlackey, Askeaton, Limerick

Vincent passed away, peacefully, in the loving care of Milford Care Centre, surrounded by his loving family, on Wednesday, March 5.

Predeceased by his father Michael. Sadly and dearly missed by his loving mother Mary, brother John, sisters Stephanie and Edel, brothers-in-law Peter and Alan, nephews Conor, Hugh, Paidí, Niall and Rory, uncles Brother John (CCB) and Matt, aunts Anne, Eileen, Agatha and Anne, aunts-in-law, cousins, neighbours and a large circle of friends.

Reposing at Kieran Madigan's Funeral Home, Main Street, Askeaton V94 K598 on Friday, March 7 from 5 to 6.30pm. Arriving at St Patrick's Church Ballysteen on Saturday morning for Requiem Mass at 11am. The Requiem Mass will be livestreamed. Burial afterwards in Beagh Cemetery.

House Private Saturday morning please.
