It was celebration time for FRS staff at the awards ceremony
A RECRUITMENT agency with a Limerick operation has been recognised with two prizes at the 2025 Employment and Recruitment Federation (ERF) Awards.
The firm, which operates from Cornmarket Square in the city centre won the title of best in practice for the IT, telecoms and technology sector.
And it also landed the overall award of large agency of the year.

The annual ERF awards took place in Dublin’s Shelbourne Hotel and recognised the leading Irish recruitment agencies and firms with 50 or more staff which can demonstrate exceptional expertise and success in the sector.
FRS Recruitment services clients across the healthcare, IT, engineering, and commercial sectors.
Reacting to the awards, Lynne McCormack, general manager of FRS Recruitment, said: “Being named large recruitment agency of the year is a powerful endorsement of the consistent work our team has delivered over the past number of years. This award reflects the successful implementation of our five-year strategic growth plan, which was built on investing in our people, strengthening our service, and deepening our expertise across every sector we serve.
She added it represents a proud moment for everyone in FRS Recruitment.
“It recognises not just where we are today, but the ambition and momentum we’re carrying into the next phase of our journey,” Ms McCormack added.
Another recruiter with a Limerick operation was also honoured.
Staffline, based at Steamboat Quay in the city, won in the category of industrial, warehousing and logistics.
Morgan McKinley, based at Henry Street, took a category award.
The awards were decided upon by a panel of 10 expert judges, including Paul Muldoon, James Osborne, Prof. Colette D’Arcy and Gavin Duffy.
FRS Recruitment was established in 1980 initially with an agricultural focus before expanding into other sectors of employment.
