RIP

The death has occurred of Pat Harnett of Charleville View, Tullamore, Offaly and Abbeyfeale, Limerick.

Passed away, peacefully, surrounded by his loving family, in the exceptional care of all the staff of Riada House and Day Care, Tullamore, after a long illness bravely borne, on Thursday, February 13.

He will be sadly missed by his loving wife Marai and his family Lucy, Michael, Cathy and Glynnda, sons-in-law, partner, grandchildren and a special family friend Caroline Lawlor and all his much loved brothers and sisters Betty, Gerry, Maurice, Kathleen, John, Mike and Madge, nieces, nephews, friends and neighbours. Pat is now reunited with his sister and parents.

Reposing at O'Reilly's Funeral Home, Harbour Street, Tullamore (R35 FC84), on Saturday, February 15 from 4pm until 6pm, with Rosary at 5.30pm. Removal from his home on Sunday, February 16 at 1pm to St Colman's Church, Mucklagh, arriving for Funeral Mass at 1.30pm. Burial after Mass in the adjoining New Cemetery. House private on Sunday morning.

No flowers by request, donations in lieu to Riada House Comfort Fund.

The death has occurred of William (Bill) Gilbert of High Wycombe, UK and late of St Anne’s Terrace, Kilfinane.

Bill passed away, peacefully, in Stoke Mandeville Hospital, Bucks, UK on Sunday, January 26, 2025.

Deeply regretted by his heartbroken wife Monica, daughter Emma, son-in-law Axel, and cherished grandchild Ciaran. Predeceased by his parents Tom and Lizzie.

Dearly missed by his sisters, nephews, nieces, cousins, neighbours and a wide circle of friends.

Mass at St Augustin's, Amersham Hill, High Wycombe, at 1.30pm on Thursday, February 27.

Family Service at Amersham Crematorium at 2.45pm. Family flowers only.

Donations if desired at the Mass, to Children with Cancer, A Charity Bill supported.
