The death has occurred of  Patrick (Pakie) Shinners of Farnane, Murroe, Limerick.

Packie passed away on June 8 peacefully at his home in the presence of his loving family.
Beloved son of the late Luke and Helen, and brother of the late John Joe, Michael and Maureen. Sadly missed by his loving wife Nancy, sons Joe, Vincent, Luke, Pat and Myles, daughters Margaret, Helen, Ann and Eileen, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, grandchildren, sisters Eileen, Teresa and Pauline, brothers-in-aw, nieces, nephews, extended family, relatives and friends. 

Reposing at Meehan’s Funeral Home, Newport on Monday, June 10 from 5.30 to 7.30 p.m. Arriving on Tuesday, June 11 to the Holy Rosary Church, Murroe for Requiem Mass at 11.30 a.m. Burial afterwards in Abington Cemetery. Family flowers only please donations if desired to Irish Cancer Society

The death has occurred of Tom McCarthy of Dromtrasna South, Abbeyfeale, Limerick.

Tom passed away peacefully at his home, with his family by his side, on Saturday, June 8.

Predeceased by his parents Laurence and Hannah, daughter Aisling and great-grand-daughter Braelyn, Tom is very sadly missed by his loving wife Mary, sons Trevor and Ian, daughter Caroline, stepdaughter Ann, brothers Mike (U.K.) and Dan (U.K.), sister Eileen (Shannon), daughters-in-law Niamh and Brona, grandchildren Seamus, Scott, Rhys, Lorna, Abby, Julie and Sadie, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, all his other relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Harnett’s Funeral Home, The Square, Abbeyfeale (V94 AK44) on Tuesday, June 11 from 6.00 p.m. until 8.00 p.m. Funeral cortège will depart Tom’s Home on Wednesday, June 12 at 10.30 a.m. on route to The Church of the Assumption, Abbeyfeale to arrive for Requiem Mass at 11.00 a.m.

Requiem Mass will be live streamed HERE.

Interment afterwards in Reilig Íde Naofa, Abbeyfeale.

The death has occurred of Ann Markham (née Boland) of Wellfield, Garryowen, Limerick / Pennywell, Limerick.

Ann passed away on June 8, peacefully, at University Hospital Limerick, surrounded by her loving family.

Pre-deceased by her husband Joseph and her sister recently deceased Philomena in U.K.

Sadly missed by her children Michael, Mandy, Brendan, Marie, Anne, Geri, Joe(Jnr) and Adrian, grandchildren, great grandchildren, daughters-in-law, sons-in-laws, brother Joe, sisters-in-law Rita and Lillian, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. 

Reposing at Cross’s Funeral Home, Gerald Griffin Street, on Monday, June 10 from 3.30pm to 4.30pm.

Funeral will arrive at St. John’s Cathedral, Cathedral Place, on Tuesday, June, for Requiem Mass at 11.30am, funeral afterwards to Mount St. Oliver Cemetery

The death has occurred of  Selina Flynn (née McCarthy) of Drombane, Pallasgreen, Limerick / Cappamore, Limerick.

Selina Flynn passed away on June 8, peacefully in the wonderful care of St Anthony’s Nursing Home, Pallasgreen.

Predeceased by her husband David. Sadly missed by loving sons Dave, John and Mike, daughters Ann, Carmel and Deirdre, daughters-in-law Anne, Bernie and Anne, son-in-law Kevin, grandchildren, great grandchildren, sister-in-law Nellie, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends. 

Reposing at Ryan & Whites Funeral Home, Pallasgreen (V94 VYH6) Monday evening (June 10) from 5pm with removal at 7pm to St. Michael’s Church, Cappamore. Requiem Mass Tuesday at 11.30am with burial afterwards in St. Columba’s cemetery, Pallasgreen.

The death has occurred of  Helen Devlin (née O'Dwyer) of Lucan, Dublin / Corbally Limerick.

Helen passed away peacefully on June 9 in the arms of her loving husband Phil and in the care of the staff at Our Lady’s Hospice, Harold’s Cross.

Beloved wife of Phil, cherished daughter of Angela and Jim and dear sister of Tony, Brian, James, John and Jennifer. Sadly missed by her loving husband Phil and family, mother, father, sister, brothers, mother-in-law Violet, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, aunts, uncles, cousins, nephews, nieces, relatives, work colleagues and close friends. 

Reposing at Cunningham's Funeral Home, Lucan on Wednesday evening (June 12) from 3pm followed by removal to St Mary’s Church, Lucan arriving at 5.30pm. Funeral on Thursday morning (June 13) after 10am Mass in St. Mary’s Church, Lucan to Newland's Cross Cemetery.
