The death has occurred of Mary Barrett (née O'Connor) of Ashill, Kilmallock, Limerick. Formerly of Dromina, Cork.

Very deeply regretted by her husband Mike; daughters Geraldine and Lily; sons Pat and John; son-in-law, daughter-in-law, brothers, sisters, grandchildren James, Niamh, Aoife, Mícheál and Emily; nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives, kind neighbours and her many friends.

Reposing this Wednesday (December 27),  from 5.30pm, at Daffy's Funeral Home, Kilmallock, followed by evening prayers at 7.30pm.

Funeral to arrive at Ss. Peter & Paul's Church, Kilmallock for Requiem Mass on Thursday for 12 noon - click here for live-stream.

Burial afterwards in the local cemetery.

The death has occurred of Pat Buckley of Boskill, Caherconlish, Co Limerick. Late of Kelly Travel and former chairman of Caherline GAA Club

Predeceased by his wife Winnie, son William, daughter Siobhan, parents Patrick and Maryanne and sister Nellie.

Sadly missed by his daughters Mary, Eleanor and Freda; sons Patrick and Conor; sons-in-law John, Ger and Paul, daughters-in-law Deborah and Majella, grandchildren, great grandchildren, nephew Pat, other relatives, friends and neighbours.

Reposing at Cross' Funeral Home, Ballyneety, on Friday (December 29), from 4.30pm to 6.30pm, followed by removal to Archbishop Dermot O'Hurley Memorial Church, Caherline.

Requiem Mass on Saturday (December 30) at 11.30am with burial afterwards at Caherconlish Church Cemetery.

The death has occurred of Gerard Histon of Ballinvirick, Askeaton, Co Limerick.

Sadly missed by his loving wife Gerardine (née Bourke); daughters Gráinne (Noonan) and Debra (O'Keeffe); son Niall and partner Katie; sons-in-law Denis and Daniel; brother Pat, sister Kathleen, grandchildren Donnacha, Adam and Dara, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and many great friends.

Reposing at O'Grady's Funeral Home Ballingarry (V94TW13) on Tuesday (St Stephen's Day) from 4pm to 6pm.

Funeral arriving at Cappagh Church on Wednesday for 11am Requiem Mass. Burial afterwards in the local cemetery.

Family Flowers only - donations, if desired, to the Irish Kidney Association.

The death has occurred of Maurice Murphy of Mulberry Apartments, Monksland, Athlone, Co Roscommon. Formerly of Kilcormac, Co Offaly  and Hospital, Co Limerick.

Predeceased by his father Johnny and his mother Isabelle.

Sadly missed by his daughter Orlene; grandchildren Elise, Brooke, Hope, Scarlet and Harper; his step mother Julie; brothers John, Larry, Michael and Thomas; sisters Sylvia, Maureen and Joanna, their partners and their families, all his extended family, relatives and many friends.

Reposing at Flynn's Funeral Home, The Strand, Athlone on Thursday (December 28) from 6pm until 8pm.

Cremation will take place afterwards in Lakelands Crematorium, Cavan, at 3pm.

The death has occurred of Catherine Ryan (Guerin) (née Clancy) of Hartigan Villas, Moyross, Limerick city. Formerly of St. Francis Abbey and a former volunteer at Ballynanty Community Centre.

Very deeply regretted by her loving husband Neil; daughters Sharon, Sandra, Martina and Barbara; sons Philip and James and their partners; grandchildren and great grandchildren; brothers Michael and Emmanuel, sister Pauline, nephews, nieces, other relatives, friends and neighbours.

Predeceased by her parents Kathleen and Thomas, infant daughter Mary; siblings Thomas, Arthur, Kevin, Dermot and Vera.

Reposing at Cross' Funeral Home, Gerald Griffin Street, on Thursday (December 28), from 3pm to 4.30pm, followed by removal to St. Mary's Church, Athlunkard Street.

Requiem Mass on Friday (December 29) at 12pm with burial afterwards at Mount St. Oliver Cemetery.

Catherine's Funeral Cortege will pass her family residence en route to the Cemetery.

House strictly private, please.

The death has occurred of Tom Scannell of Gurrane, Donoughmore, Cork. Formerly of Limerick. Son of the late William and Elizabeth Scannell and brother of May (Kelly, Lismire) and Joe (Collopy, Kilmallock).

Sadly missed by his loving sisters, brothers-in-law Liam and David, niece Elizabeth, nephews Willie, David, Tommy and Joe, relatives, kind neighbours and friends.

Rposing at O'Connell's Funeral Home, St. James' Avenue, Mallow (P51 HH61) on Tuesday (St Stephen's Day) from 3.30pm with prayers at 5pm.

Reception into St. Joseph's Church, Fornaught on Wednesday (December 27) for Requiem Mass at 12 noon.

Burial afterwards at St. Lachteen's Cemetery, Stuake.

The death has occurred of Frances Walsh (née Hayes) of Ballyhobin, Caherconlish, Co Limerick.

Predeceased by husband Johnny.

Very deeply regretted by her sons Michael, John and Rob; daughter Margaret, her sister Myra O'Connor, daughters-in-law Rachel, Karen and Valerie, grandchildren great-grandchildren, nephews, nieces, other relatives neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Cross' Funeral Home, Ballyneety, on Thursday (December 28), from 5pm to 6.30pm.
