The death has occurred of Brendan Donnelly

Of Raheen and Rahara, Roscommon

On September 9, 2023, (Peacefully), in the devoted care of the staff at University Hospital Limerick (UHL). Beloved son of the late Joseph and Mary, brother of the late Philomena, Seamus and Dessie and brother-in-law of the late Bridie, Lena and Pauline. He will be very sadly missed by his sister Ethna (Galvin), brothers Mallie, Sean and Fr Michael, brother-in-law Sean Galvin, sister-in-law May, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and friends.

Rest in peace

Reposing at Smyth's Funeral Home, Roscommon (F42 NH27) on Monday evening from 5:30pm until 7pm followed by removal to the Church of Mary Immaculate, Rahara. Mass of the resurrection on Tuesday at 11am. Burial afterwards in Rahara Cemetery.

The Donnelly family would like to convey their sincere thanks to those who cared for Brendan during his final illness and also to their neighbours and friends for their kindness at this time.

The death has occurred of Patrick (Paddy) Feeney

Of Kilmallock and Ballyduff Upper, Waterford

Peacefully, in UHL, on September 8,2023, Paddy, beloved brother of Mary, Siobhan, Michael, Patsy, Jerry, Teresa, and Kate and his many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his mother Alice, his Aunts Kitty and Jo, and his Uncles Michael and Davy. Deeply mourned by his family, his cousins Bertie, Breda, Billy, Michael and Siobhan, and his many friends and neighbours in Kilmallock and Ballyduff. In grateful appreciation to the love and care given to Paddy by Marie and Mike Houlihan and family, the staff at UHL, and to his many callers and community members in Kilmallock who helped him greatly.

Reposing this Sunday evening, September 10, in McCarthy's Funeral Home, Kilmallock between 6pm-7pm. Funeral Mass Monday, September 11, at 11am in SS Peter and Paul's Church, Kilmallock. Burial afterwards to the adjoining cemetery of St Michael's Church, Ballyduff Upper Waterford.

Of Lahinch, Clare and Limerick

Late of London, Limerick and Lahinch.

David passed away suddenly in Spain on September 4, 2023.

Pre-deceased by Victor and Vivienne

Sadly missed by his loving Partner Louise, brothers Hayman and Ken, sister Alison, brother-in-law Gerry, sister’s-in-law Ann-Marie, Siobhan and Pauline, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends

Of Fitzgerald Place, Rosbrien. Late of Ballinacurra Weston.

Predeceased by his Parents Patrick and Bridget, and siblings.

Jimmy died peacefully, in University Hospital Limerick, on September 9, 2023.

Sadly missed by his loving sisters Breda, Betty and Bonny, his nieces, nephews, grand-nieces, grand-nephews, all other relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Griffin’s Funeral Home, John’s Gate on Monday, September 11, from 5:00pm to 6:30pm

Arriving at Our Lady of Lourdes Church, Childers Road, on Tuesday, September 12, for requiem Mass at 1pm. Funeral afterwards to Shannon Crematorium.

Of Gurtavalla, Doon

On September 8, 2023, peacefully at University Hospital Limerick. Predeceased by his wife Mary. Deeply regretted by his loving son Billy, sister Nancy, daughter-in-law Michelle, grandsons Kyle and Kallum, sisters-in-law, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at White's Funeral Home, Doon on Sunday evening, September 10 from 5pm with removal at 7pm to St Patrick’s Church, Doon. Requiem Mass Monday at 11.30am with burial afterwards in Doon Cemetery.
