Deaths in Limerick: Saturday, July 1, 2023

The death has occurred of Ron Britton, formerly of Curraghchase, Co Limerick, Bristol & Liverpool UK.

Ron died peacefully, at University Hospital Limerick surrounded by his loving family on Friday, 30th June 2023.

Sadly missed by his loving wife Jackie, adored children Briony & Kaid, close family friend Maca plus his extended family, Danny, Ronnie, Ben & Alice and many other family friends and relatives.

Reposing at the family home at Whitethorns, Curraghchase, Kilcornan, Co Limerick (V94 V0Y6) Monday, 3rd July from 6.00 – 8.00pm followed by service on Tuesday, 4th July at 12 noon in Shannon Crematorium.

The death has occurred of Hannie O'Connor (née Flynn) Glensharrold, Carrickerry, Co Limerick.

Hannie passed away peacefully, in her 95th year, on Saturday 1st July 2023 at her home surrounded by her loving family. Hannie is predeceased by her husband Seán and daughters Eileen and Margaret.

Hannie is very sadly missed by her daughters Mary, Doreen, Hanorah, Bridie and Anne, sons Mike, Pa, Chris, John and Moss, brother Patie (Galway) and sister Madge (Essex), sons in law, daughters in law, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchild, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends. 

Reposing at St Molua’s Church, Ardagh V42 WN82 on Sunday 2nd July from 6 to 8pm. Arriving at St Molua’s Church, Ardagh on Monday 3rd July for Requiem Mass at 11.30am. Requiem Mass will be live-streamed here. Burial afterwards in Templeathea Cemetery, Athea.

Family flowers only please, donations in lieu to The Irish Cancer Society.
