Deaths in Limerick

The death has occurred of Paddy Bolger of Finian Park, Shannon, Clare and Ballynanty, Limerick.

Peacefully in Ennis General Hospital surrounded by his loving family.

Deeply missed by his heartbroken family, wife Catherine, daughters Christina, Jennifer, Aishling and Audrey, sons-in-law Colm and Alan, grandchildren Amy, Robert, Cody, Cara, Áine, Lia, Analee, Ciarán, Eoghan and Julie, brothers, sisters, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, extended family, neighbours and his many friends.

May Paddy's gentle soul rest in peace.

Paddy will repose in Mc Mahon's Funeral Home, Shannon on Thursday, July 10 from 5.30pm to 7pm.

Arriving for funeral Mass in Ss. John and Paul's Church on Friday, July 11 at 11.30am followed by burial afterwards in Illaunmanagh Cemetery.

The death has occurred of Michael J Ryan of Riverwalk, Shannon Banks, Corbally, Limerick and late of Limerick City and County Council and Civil Defence - Limerick.

On July 9, 2025 peacefully at Milford Care Centre, with acceptance and quiet dignity.

Beloved husband of Sheyla. Sadly missed by his loving sister Peg (Armstrong), brother Stephen, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, extended family, neighbours and friends.

May he rest in peace.

Reposing at Thompson’s Funeral Home, Thomas Street on Friday, July 11 from 5pm to 6.30pm.

Funeral arriving at Shannon Crematorium on Saturday, July 12 for a Humanist Service at 2pm.
