A pedestrian has died following a collision in Co Galway.
The man, aged in his 50s, died at the scene following the incident involving a bus on the N83 at Claregalway on Friday.
Gardai said a collision between a pedestrian and a bus happened at approximately 2.10pm.
A technical examination of the scene has been conducted by Garda Forensic Collision Investigators and an appeal has been made for any witnesses to the collision to come forward.
Any road users who were on the N83 at Cahergowan, Claregalway, between 1.50pm and 2.20pm on March 7 and may have camera footage (including dash-cam) are asked to make this footage available to Gardai.
