Gardai attended the scene of both incidents
Traffic delays are easing following two separate road collisions in Limerick this Wednesday evening.
Emergency services, including gardai and crews from Limerick Fire and Rescue, attended the scene of both incidents – one on the R515 just outside Kilmallock and one on the N24 on the outskirts of the city.
Both roads were closed for a short time as emergency services attended to the vehicles and cleared the scene of the accidents.
A number of vehicles had to be removed by tow-truck and separate garda investigations are underway.
There are no reports of any serious injuries as a result of either incident.
