PREMIER League leaders Fairview Rangers took another huge step to the title with a 2-0 win over Janesboro on Thursday.

Josh McCarthy headed the visitors ahead and a second half goal from Oleg Vysochan sealed the win.

The result means wins will guarantee the Fran Mullally Trophy lands in the Fairgreen for the first time.

Pike Rovers 1 Regional Utd 1

PIKE Rovers' faint hopes of catching Fairview all but disappeared when they were held to a 1-1 draw by Regional Utd.
The visitors took the lead through Isak Lynch but Pike levelled after the break when Shane Walsh’s corner was deflected in for an own goal.

Aisling Annacotty 4 Geraldines 1

Aisling ensured Geraldines are still too close to the drop zone for comfort after posting a 4-1 win. Two goals from Adam Foley put Aisling on their way.

Conor Keane pulled one back but Cathal Downes restored the two goal lead before Adam Costello completed the scoring.

ROUND-UP: 

In the Premier A League, Corbally, already promoted beat Prospect 3-0. Alan Doherty, Michael White and Darren Hanley were on the mark.

In Div 1A, Moyross clinched the league title with a hard earned 2-1 win over Granville Regs.
Cian Power put Moyross in front with Craig Collopy-Duggan scoring the all-important winner. Zak Sheehan was on the mark for Granville Rgs.
With Star taking the points on offer against Pallasgreen, Murroe blew their promotion chances when held 1-1 by Ballylanders.

In Division 1B, Shelbourne slipped up when held 1-1 by Pike Rvs. Adam McGlynn scored for Shels.

Croom posted another good win with hot-shot AJ Moloney scoring all four goals versus Newport B for whom Luke Ryan replied.

Kilmallock B maintain their lead in Division 2A thanks to a 3-2 win over Abbey Rvs. Cian Barrett, Joe Hay and Paudie Sheedy netted for the county lads.

Ballynanty Rvs B kept pace with a 5-0 win at Aisling Annacotty C . Anthony Daly, Jamie O'Sullivan, Rossa Foley, Dara McNamara and Lee O'Halloran scored.

Prospect and Fairview remained locked together atop Division 3A. Brinn Holmes and Danny Colbert gave Prospect a 2-0 win at Lough Derg while Fairview hit three without reply at Nenagh. Evan Madigan (2) and Darren Roche obliged with scores.

Four points from their final four games would guarantee Pike Rvs the Youth Premier League crown after they beat nearest challengers Fairview.

Sean McCallig, Cathal McNamara and Calum O’Hanlon netted for the winners.  

Jack Obande (2), Harry Gavin, Alan Kiely and Siya Sabanda scored for Aisling in a 5-2 win over Mungret Reg while Lough Derg beat Corbally Utd thanks to a Dan Carroll score.

Under Youth Div One leaders Shelbourne beat Caherconlish 3-0 courtesy of Paul McDonagh, Alex Robinson and AJ McDonagh.
Jack Meaney (2), Jack Duggan and Colin Strachan gave Pike a 4-1 win over Kilmallock to maintain their challenge.

Pat Sheehan (2), Ben Ryan and Luke Hartnett were on the mark when Murroe beat Ballynanty Rvs 4-1.

In the Under 17 Cup semi-final, Fairview Rangers edged out Aisling Annacotty by the odd goal in five. Chad Molloy, Aaron McNamara and Callan Barry with a last-minute goal won it for 'View.

In Div One, Pike and Geraldines will battle it out for the title after Thursday’s results.

Pike beat Corbally Utd with scores from Danny Quirke (5), Robbie Burke and Patryk Tuszynski while ‘Dines also had a big win over Mungret Reg netted for the winners.

In Division Two, goals from Danny Nash (3), Breen Ryan and Rory Devine helped Lisnagry past Lough Derg on a 5-4 scoreline.
