Deaths in Limerick - November 23, 2018

The death has occurred of Anne Kirke, Garbally, Bruff, and Croom. 

Late Principal of Presentation Convent, Mitchelstown, County Cork.

Beloved elder daughter of Kieran and the late Mai Kirke, sister of Ciara Nash. Very deeply regretted by father, sister, brother-in-law Noel, nieces Niamh and Aisling, uncle, relatives, past pupils, neighbours and her friends.

Reposing Saturday evening in Daffy's Funeral Home, Croom from 5.30pm to 7pm. Remains arriving on Sunday morning for 11.30am Funeral Mass at St. Mary's Church, Croom. Burial afterwards in Reilig Mhuire, Croom.

The death has occurred of Paula Shine (née Cantwell) Granagh, Limerick. 

Peacefully on November 23 2018 in the outstanding care of the team of the Bons Secours Hospital, Tralee.

Predeceased by her husband Seán and son David.

Deeply regretted by her children, Mary Shine Thompson, Brid Quinn, Michael, Carmel Tierney and Seán; grandchildren and great-grandchildren; sister Íde, daughters-in-law, Helen and Linda; sons-in-law, John and Michael; Brian; sisters-in-law; and a wide circle of relatives and friends.

Reposing at O’Grady’s Funeral Home,Main Street, Ballingarry, Co. Limerick, on Saturday, November 24, from 4pm to 6pm.

Requiem Mass on Sunday November 25, at St, Joseph’s Church, Granagh at 12.00 noon. Burial afterwards in the local cemetery. No flowers please at Paula’s request.
