The death has occurred of Gerard Quinn of Fairview Crescent, Garryowen, Limerick. A beloved father, grandfather, brother, and friend.
Gerard passed away, peacefully, at St James's Hospital, Dublin, on Thursday, August 14.
He faced his journey with cancer with remarkable strength and dignity.
Gerard will be forever in the hearts of his loving children, cherished grandchildren, dear sisters and brothers, and his entire extended family.

Reposing at Cross's Funeral Home, Gerald Griffin Street, on Friday, August 22, from 3.30pm to 5pm.
Funeral will arrive on Saturday, August 23, at Shannon Crematorium for Service at 1pm.

The death has occurred of Patrick (Pat) Bennis of Bayside, Sutton, Dublin and formerly of Patrickswell, Co Limerick.
Passed away, peacefully, on his 88th birthday and 60th wedding anniversary, surrounded by his loving wife, Margaret, and children Sinéad, Muireann, Garrett, Pádraic, Cian, Eóin, Iósaf, Mairéad and Caoimhe, on Thursday, August 14.
Also lovingly remembered by his daughters and sons-in-law Enda, Réiltín, Helmut, Eleanor, Jonathan and Rúbia and his adored grandchildren Shauna, Darren, Niamh, Colm, Steven, Alan, David, Oisín, Alannah, Síne, Emilia, Anna, Patrick, Donnchadh, Odhran, Cadhla and Maya, his dear brothers Sean, Phil, Thomas, Richard and sisters, Angela, Peggy, Eileen, Joan, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, friends and neighbours, and in the loving care of his carers and the staff of St Francis Hospice.
Pat joins his late mother Mary (May), father Garrett, brothers, Gerry and Peter, and sisters, Maisie and Kathy.
Reposing at Stafford’s Funeral Home, Golf Links Road, Portmarnock (D13 E0A2), on Monday, August 18, from 3pm to 5pm. Removal to the Church of the Resurrection, Bayside on Tuesday morning for 11am Funeral Mass, followed by cremation in Dardistown Crematorium. Family flowers only, please. Donations, if desired, to St Francis Hospice.

The death has occurred of James (Jimmy) Guinane of Howth Road, Dublin and formerly of Kilbane and Park Village, Castletroy, Limerick.
Passed away, peacefully, surrounded by his loving family, on Thursday, August 14.
Jimmy, beloved husband of Marie (Mulcahy), much loved father of Warren, Craig, Alan, Tracy, Gavin and Maria. Predeceased by his grand-daughter Millie, parents Jimmy and Kathleen, brother Jack, sisters Breda, Celine, Evelyn, Kitty, Vera, Philly and Rita.
He will be sadly missed by his loving family, brother Stephen, daughters-in-law Anne-Marie, Zoë and Clara, son-in-law Don, grandchildren Eva, Jake, Jeff, Julian, Colin, Henry, James, David, Cian, Alexander, Hunter and Aurelia, his great grandchildren, Nova and Freya, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, friends and very special in-laws.
Reposing at the Fanagan Kirwan Funeral Home, Fairview Strand, on Sunday, August 17 from 3pm until 5pm. Funeral on Monday, August 18 to St John the Baptist Church, Clontarf Road, arriving for 10am Requiem Mass. Cremation thereafter in Glasnevin Crematorium. Family flowers only please.
