'A defining moment': Limerick entreprenuer makes history with new European deal

Newcastle West based entrepreneur Rani Dabrai

A NEWCASTLE West based entrepreneur has made a bit of history, teaming up with a global business consultancy firm.

Rani Dabrai has linked up with EOS Worldwide, which has developed a framework of tools and processes used to manage companies and leadership teams.

It has named this the Entrepreneurial Operating System.

Ms Dabrai is being charged with leading the American firm’s European growth strategy.

So far, EOS has supported more than 280,000 companies globally through a network of over 850 implementers.

The organisation generates estimated annual revenues in excess of $200m.

Until now its expansion has largely centred on North America and select English-speaking markets.

But this new agreement formally establishes Ireland as the first designated European expansion territory in the company’s global history.

Further continental rollouts are to follow.

“This is a defining moment,” Ms Dabrai said.

“For six years, I have built EOS in Ireland from the ground up, working closely with founders and leadership teams to help them scale with clarity and discipline. To now be entrusted with leading European expansion is both a privilege and a responsibility.”

Under the deal, Ms Dabrai will recruit, train and develop a new generation of EOS Implementers across Ireland and Europe, creating a structured pathway.

The Entrepreneurial Operating System is a set of simple concepts and tools that help leadership teams clarify vision, build accountability and execute with discipline.
