"THERE has always been huge rivalry between the staff and customers here at Cavanaghs when it comes to Limerick against Cork in the hurling" said the former Limerick hurler and current Cavanaghs of Charleville employee Sean Herlihy in the lead up to one of the most exciting hurling games of the year.
Limerick will face Cork in the second semi-final of this year's All-Ireland Senior Hurling Championship this Sunday at 4pm in Croke Park and the banter at the car dealership on the county bounds has nearly reached a fever pitch.
Sean went on to say: "The banter between the staff and the customers down through the years has always been great fun but it doesn't get much bigger than an All-Ireland semi-final. I think Limerick have a great chance of going on to win the five in-a-row and they have the whole county behind them."
