A LIMERICK teen with an incredible singing voice has shared his version of a Michael Jackson song calling for peace in the world.
Michael Enright from Shanagolden has a gorgeous voice that he loves to share with his community and the people of Limerick.
The 13-year-old has performed at many shows over the years in his locality and has featured on two CDs in west Limerick.
The Scoil Mhuire agus Íde pupil has been sharing singing videos on YouTube for the last few years however his latest video has captured people's attention.
The 1st year student sang his version of Heal the World by Michael Jackson, his mother Loyola said it was inspired by the crisis in Ukraine as well as people struggling all over the world.
Loyola told the Limerick Leader that Michael is a very kind, generous soul who cannot tolerate violence of any kind.
She said: "That's why he sounds so amazing because he believes in every word his singing. He has been singing all his life.
"He has featured on two CDs which were produced by Theresa Doyle McMahon, who is also Michael's mentor."
Theresa is a professional solo soprano champion who has helped Michael to hone his singing talent.
"She saw Michael perform and she tracked him down to the school, she told the Principal that he has a gift", Loyola continued.
"She helped him with his breathing and got him strong, she wants him to sing for his love of music and what he is singing about".
Michael will feature on another CD which is being released by Scoil Mhuire agus Íde, performing You Raise Me Up.
