WATCH: 'If you don't have the hunger or desire you'll never win and we have that'- Newcastle West camogie manager

Newcastle West senior camogie manager Mike Quaid was delighted with his sides performance in the county final

"If you don't have the hunger and the desire all the talent in the world won't win you a game and thankfully this group of girls have such determination to win it really shows" said Newcastle West senior camogie manager Mike Quaid after his side gained their second county title in-a-row after a confident 1-17 to 0-7 victory over Ahane.

Quaid's team were the out right winners with a fantastic display in the first-half to cement the victory early on. Newcastle West will now move on to the Munster Junior Championship competition against the Kerry county champions on October 26.
