O'Connor has joined fellow First Division side Athlone Town ahead of next season.
The Leitrim native went on to win the First Division title with Galway United in 2023, before joining Treaty United where he spent the last two seasons. His final appearance was in the Play-Off Final which took place at Athlone Town Stadium last month against Bray Wanderers.
O'Connor made 74 appearances and scored four goals in a Treaty shirt.
Shot-stopper Chambers, who was a mainstay for the Super Blues last season has joined fellow Munster side Cobh Ramblers ahead of next season.
Chambers made 3 appearances for the Rams during the 2021 season before making 137 appearances in the LOI First Division with Waterford United, Wexford, Cork City, Cabinteely and Cobh Ramblers as well as a stint with Munster Senior League side College Corinthians.
85 of those 137 appearances came in a Treaty United jersey with Chambers securing 21 clean sheets in that period.
In a statement on Treaty United's website, the club thanked the pair for their contributions.
"We would like to extend our sincere thanks to both players for their contributions on and off the pitch. Everyone at Treaty United wishes Corey and Evan the very best of luck with their new clubs."
