The quarter-finals of the Clayton Hotels Munster Schools Junior Cup will be played this week
THE recent adverse weather conditions have resulted in changes being made to the Clayton Hotels Munster Schools Junior Cup quarter-final fixtures scheduled to take place this week.
The all-Limerick quarter-final meeting of St Munchin’s College and St Clement’s College will now take place on the back pitch at Thomond Park on this Tuesday, January 30 at 2.30pm.
A double header of quarter-finals will now take place this Wednesday, January 31 on the 4G rugby pitch at UL’s North Campus.
In the opening game, Crescent College Comprehensive will face PBC, of Cork, at 12noon.
In the second game of the attractive double header, Castletroy College will take on Bandon Grammar School at at same venue at 1.30pm.
The quarter-finals will be completed on Wednesday with the meeting of Rockwell College and CBC, of Cork, at Clanwilliam FC, 2.30pm.
The semi-finals of the Junior Cup are due to be played on the week beginning February 19.

Tuesday, January 30: St Munchin’s College v St Clement’s College, Thomond Park, Back Pitch (kick-off 2.30pm)
Wednesday, January 31: Crescent College v PBC, UL 4G (kick-off 12 noon)
Wednesday, January 31: Castletroy College v Bandon Grammar School, UL 4G (kick-off 1.30pm)
Wednesday, January 31: Rockwell College v CBC, Clanwilliam FC (kick-off 2.30pm)
(The draw for the semi-finals will be made following the Rockwell v CBC fixture at Clanwilliam FC)
