The former champ has worked with Newstalk over the past year, with the news of his comeback being an under current to conversations he has had on air.
Lee has not fought since March 2017 when he defeated KeAndrae Leatherwood in Madison Square Garden New York. Boxing website FightNews.com currently rank Andy Lee in the top six contenders for the Middleweight title of the World currently held by Gennady Golovkin, while the Transnational Boxing Rankings Board have Andy Lee ranked at number three behind Peter Quillin and Miguel Cotto.
With no further news coming from the Andy Lee camp, all boxing fans will just have to 'watch this space'.
