There has been no further update regarding the Republic of Ireland men's managerial job after Stephen Kenny departed the role last month.
The FAI will be in no rush with the appointment as the next international window isn't taking place until March 2024.
England under-21 manager Lee Carsley is still the leading candidate while ex-Celtic boss Neil Lennon has expressed an interest in the post. Former Premier League managers Steve Bruce and Sam Allardyce have also said they would be keen on the position.
A new name that has popped up on the bookies' list in recent days is Tony Mowbray after the experienced club manager was sacked by Sunderland earlier this week.
