LIMERICK'S Crescent College Comprehensive will look to book a semi-final place in the Pinergy Munster Schools Senior Cup when tackling CBC, of Cork, in a quarter-final clash at Thomond Park this Wednesday, 2.15pm.

Crescent College played out an exciting draw with local rivals St Munchin's College in their semi-final qualifier fixture before being edged out 14-10 in the replay.

However, Crescent's lofty finishing position in the round round phase of the competition played out before Christmas earned the Dooradoyle side a second chance to qualify for the semi-finals via this week's meeting with CBC.

However, a late try from the West Cork students saw them seal victory and their passage into the semi-finals of the Senior Cup.
