Munster Development side edges past Ireland U20s at Musgrave Park

A MUNSTER Development side edged past an Ireland U20 side 29-24 in a friendly fixture played at Musgrave Park in Cork on Friday afternoon.

The Munster side scored five tries in the entertaining game, through Danny Sheahan, Stephen Kiely, Jacob Sheahan, George Hadden and Adam Wrona.

Ethan Coughlan and Jack Oliver kicked a conversion each to complete Munster's tally.

Head coach Tommy O'Donnell included Academy players Hadden, Darragh McSweeney, Coughlan, Daniel Okeke and Oliver in the matchday squad.
