ONE of Munster Rugby's senior players, Fiona Reidy, is very much looking forward to the challenge of facing great rivals Leinster this weekend.
Despite two bonus point wins in their opening women's interprovincial fixtures against Ulster and Connacht, Reidy and the rest of her Munster team-mates are still looking for an improvement on their performances.
Fiona Reidy said: "We were very good at times in each game, but ultimately we didn't give a whole 80-minute performance in either game so there is definitely areas we want to target and improve on for the next day."
The number three made her first start for the province back in 2006 before representing Connacht two years later and Ulster in 2009.
She won her first inter-pros with Munster in 2010 and is hoping to keep the winning streak going with the team as they chase their third consecutive Inter-Pros title win.
Even though the team have automatically qualified for the final, Fiona is under no illusions that this weekend's game will be extremely tough.
"It is going to be very tough up-front, a big physical challenge. We are making no mistake about what Leinster will bring, they are obviously hungry for another win in this campaign and they will see us as a team with a target on our backs and someone they can knock back a few pegs."
