Sinead Coughlan has returned from New York to set up shop in Adare
HAVING cut her teeth in the big apple, businesswoman Sinead Coughlan has come home to take a bite out of the Limerick property market.
The Croagh woman has opened up Sinead Coughlan Estate Agents at the Pavillion building outside Adare village, and has introduced a special six-month long offer in a bid to attract new customers.
Sinead built her real estate career with some of the USA’s most prestigious firms including William Raveis Realty which has offices across the country, and Keller Williams.

Most recently she has worked as a luxury specialist with Christie’s International Real Estate in New York.
During the course of her career, she has guided more than 400 families through successful sales, and relocations.
“Coming home to Croagh and setting up business in Adare has been incredibly meaningful. I’m excited to bring the high standards, modern marketing and personalised service I developed in New York to my local community. My goal is simple: deliver exceptional results while building long-term relationships across the Limerick region,” she said.
Sinead says her biggest passion is working with first-time home buyers, taking them through every step of what can at times, be a tumultuous journey.
“Throughout my career, I have gained a wealth of experience, received luxury training and earned numerous industry awards, consistently ranking among top producers in the multi-million dollar club. Yet my greatest reward is the trust and lasting relationships I have built with all my clients. Each transaction is approached with care, strategy and a personal touch,” she added.
Sinead also has a background in interior design, giving buyers the benefit of her expertise, particularly around renovations which can maximise long-term value.
“My passion for interior design led me to study at the Interior Design Academy of Ireland, allowing me to bring a unique perspective to every transaction,” she added.
