A pensioner has died in a house fire in Londonderry.
Police have said the man, aged in his 70s, died following the blaze at a house in the Waterside area of the city.

They said three emergency services attended the scene at the property on Limavady Road, which was reported at around 1.30pm on Sunday.
“Police are continuing to conduct inquiries into the circumstances of the fire. However, at this time, it is not being treated as suspicious,” they said.
