Gardai have arrested and charged a man following the report of several burglaries in the County Wicklow area on Wednesday, September 24.
The man who is aged in his 30s was arrested on Friday morning, September 26 in connection to the investigation linked to the burglaries.
He has since been charged and scheduled to appear before a special sitting of Wicklow District Court which took place in Bray on Friday morning.

He was charged in relation to four burglaries at houses on Wednesday September 24 as well as one other previous burglary which took place in March of 2013.
A second person, a woman in her 20s has already appeared before the courts and been charged in connection with this investigation.
A Gardai spokesperson has confirmed that investigations are still ongoing.
