RIP Nataliia Voskanova

Tributes have poured in following the tragic death of an elderly woman who was struck by a lorry and died in hospital two months later.

Nataliia Voskanova was from Gorey in Wexford and formerly from Ukraine and died on 28th of August at the Mater Hospital in  Dublin, following a fatal road accident.

The elderly lady was the dearly beloved wife of Ruben and loving mother of Albert and Viktor and is deeply regretted by her loving husband, sons, grandchildren David and Kyryl, daughter-in-law Kateryna, sisters-in-law, nieces, relatives, ​​​​​friends and neighbours.

Nataliia's tragic death has shocked and devastated many people and has left her community in mourning.

Heartfelt messages have been left on RIP.ie, from those who knew and loved Nataliia, with one mourner writing,

"Condolences to the whole family. Such sad news. May Nataliia rest in peace".

Another message said, "Sincere sympathy to Nataliia's family on your tragic loss! Sad that accident occured in Ireland! The People from Ukraine have a special place in my heart and in all our hearts here! May Nataliia Rest in Eternal Peace".
