Hi, my name is Clíona, and I am 26 years old. I live on my family farm in a rural village called Boolavogue in Wexford, and I am delighted to be selected as this year's Wexford Rose. I am currently in my 3rd year of college at SETU in Wexford, studying for a Bachelor of Science in Sustainable Farm Management and Agribusiness. I am currently completing my 6-month work placement at John Cullen Grain in Ballymurn. I am a very sociable person with a great sense of humour. I am heavily involved in Macra on various committees within the organisation. I am involved in my local community, helping out when I can. I love country music and dancing, and I'm never too far from a dance floor. I also love playing bingo every Friday night for Oulart the Ballagh GAA club. I'm very lucky to have a great group of friends and family who have helped me to achieve any goals I set my mind to. I look forward to my Rose journey and making new friends along the way.
