Gardaí are investigating a fatal incident in County Dublin that saw a man in his 50s lose his life.
The incident occurred at a residence in Foxdene Drive, Balgaddy, Dublin shortly after 11pm.
The man in his 50s who was injured in the incident was taken to Tallaght University Hospital where he was later pronounced dead.

Information from the Garda Press Office reads as follows:
"Gardaí are investigating all the circumstances surrounding the death of a man following an incident at a residence in Foxdene Drive, Balgaddy, Co. Dublin shortly after 11pm yesterday, Wednesday 25th June 2025.
A man, aged in his 50s, who was injured in the incident was taken to Tallaght University Hospital where he was later pronounced deceased.
A post-mortem examination will be carried out in due course and the local coroner has been informed.
The scene remains preserved for examination by the Garda Technical Bureau.
This investigation is being led by a Senior Investigating Officer at Lucan Garda Station.
Gardaí are appealing to anyone who was in the vicinity of Foxdene Drive between 11pm and 12am and observed any activity which drew their attention to come forward.
Any road users or pedestrians who may have camera footage (including dash-cam) and were in the vicinity of Foxdene Drive between 11pm and 12am are asked to make this footage available to investigating Gardaí.
