Gardai say 16-year-old David Adams was last seen in Navan, County Meath on Sunday night
Concerns are being expressed for the wellbeing of a teenage boy who vanished from his home in County Meath at the weekend.
Gardaí have issued a public appeal for assistance in tracing the whereabouts of 16-year-old David Adams who was reported missing from his home in Navan on Sunday, 15 - a day after he was last seen.
"David is described as being approximately 5 foot 9 inches in height, of slim build, with blonde hair and brown eyes," said a garda spokesperson who added that when last seen on Saturday night, David was wearing a grey t-shirt, black pants and a black hoodie.
In their appeal, gardaí say both they and David's family are concerned for his wellbeing and they are anxious to locate him as soon as possible.

Anyone with information on the teenager's whereabouts is asked to contact Navan garda station on 046 907 9930, the Garda Confidential Line on 1800 666 111, or any garda station.
