Gardaí issue appeal for missing 14-year-old girl from Dublin
Gardaí are seeking the public's assistance in tracing the whereabouts of 14-year-old Sophia Tormey from Finglas, County Dublin.
Sophia was reported missing from her home in Finglas, Dublin 11, in the early hours of Sunday 29 September. She was last seen in Finglas village around 7pm on Saturday night.
The 14-year-old is described as being 5 foot 5 inches in height, with slim build, brown/blonde hair and green eyes.
Sophia was last seen wearing a black Adidas top, black leggings and Adidas Campus runners. Her hair was tied back in a ponytail with a black bow. Gardaí believe that she may have travelled to the Dublin city centre area.
Gardaí and Sophia's family are concerned for her well-being.
Anyone with any information on Sophia's whereabouts is asked to contact Finglas Garda Station on 01 666 7500, the Garda Confidential Line on 1800 666 111, or any Garda Station.
