Gardaí seized drugs and an e-bike, among other items, from two young men arrested on suspicion of drug dealing in Dublin city last week.
A number of probationary gardaí working in the Ballymun area came upon two young males "that they suspected were dealing drugs", according to a post on the Garda Síochana Dublin Facebook page.
When approached by gardaí the two males attempted tried to make off on their e-bikes.
The pair were apprehended and arrested, and gardaí discovered varying amounts of drugs and pills on their persons.
These included over 650 Alprazolam tablets, 32 deals of diamorphine, 46 deals of crack cocaine and €300 worth of cocaine.
According to gardaí, the "suspected diamorphine and crack cocaine were found in the lining of one of the males puffer jacket's which had to be cut open to retrieve them".
An e-bike worth in the region of €5,000, €825 in cash and two burner phones "allegedly used for dealing" were also seized.
