The late Molly Dempsey
Funeral details have been confirmed for Molly Dempsey, the popular teenager who died in a car crash in Wicklow on Sunday.
Tributes continue to flow for the 15-year-old girl from her local community and around the country for Molly, who was predeceased by her brothers Roy and Killian.
Her notice on RIP.ie reads: "Molly Dempsey, 5 Whitehall Park, Baltinglass, Co. Wicklow – 5th May 2024 (suddenly, following an accident); Beloved sister of the late Roy and Killian. Sadly missed by her broken-hearted parents Nigel and Mary, brothers Joe, Charlie and Jake, sisters Laura, Yvonne and Ella, grandmothers May (Fox) and Dolly (Dempsey) uncles, aunts, cousins, extended family and many friends.
"May Moll Rest In Peace".
She will be reposing at her residence on Thursday from 12 noon concluding at 8pm. House is requested as private thereafter. The funeral will arrive to St. Joseph’s Church, Baltinglass, on Friday morning for 11am Requiem Mass after which she will be laid to rest in Baltinglass Cemetery.

Gardaí have launched an investigation into the crash, in which the teenager was killed.
Offering condolences, Niamh Kelly from Baltinglass wrote: "I remember Molly when I was working in KidsAloud she was always by the gates wanting to have a conversation. Her smile was infectious. I’m sad to think she’s gone. She will never be forgotten. May she be reunited with Roy and Killian. Thinking of you all at this time".
Another described 'Moll' as "one in a million" and hoped she would give them all strength to get through the terrible loss.
Offering condolences to the family, Valerie Robinson wrote: "Many happy and fond memories I have with Molly during her time in SNI. We had lots of laughs and giggles that I will treasure always. Molly will be the brightest star with a cheeky sparkle. Rest in peace Moll x".
