A third man is to appear in court this Wednesday morning, March 20, to face charges arising from a major investigation in relation to alleged corruption in An Garda Síochána.
The Garda Anti-Corruption Unit has been carrying out an investigation into the activities of a particular garda unit based in the Dublin Region.
Since the start of this investigation, four members of An Garda Síochána have been suspended from duty.
The man, believed to be a civilian garda employee, has been charged and will appear before the Criminal Courts of Justice, this Wednesday, March 20.
