Family concerned for the welfare of missing 16-year-old

Gardaí are seeking the public's assistance in tracing the whereabouts of a missing 16-year-old from Dublin.

Lorcan Meehan was last seen shortly after 2pm on Thursday, March 7 on Sundrive Road in Dublin 12.

Lorcan is described as being approximately 5 foot 8 inches in height with a thin build, blond hair and blue eyes.

According to the gardai, when last seen, Lorcan was wearing a dark blue jacket, grey tracksuit bottoms and black runners.

Gardaí and Lorcan's family are concerned for his welfare.
