A MOVIE made by an Irish company has won two Golden Globes.
Poor Things, the movie produced by Dublin company, Element Pictures, has received 11 Oscar nominations.
Ed Guiney and Andrew Lowe of Element Pictures worked as producers on the movie Poor Things.
Directed by Yorgos Lanthimos and written by Tony McNamara, Poor Things is a science fantasy black comedy film based on the 1922 novel by Alasdair Gray.
It tells the story of Bella Baxter, a young woman brought back to life by the brilliant and unorthodox scientist, Dr Godwin Baxter.
