Delays as 'overheight vehicle' forces closure of one lane of Limerick Tunnel

ONE lane of Limerick Tunnel is closed this Tuesday evening due to an ‘overheight vehicle’, which is causing delays in the area.

The tunnel is closed northbound as a result of the vehicle and AA Roadwatch is reporting “long delays on approach”.

Gardaí are advising motorists to take an alternative route and divert via Limerick city centre.
