The collision that occurred this Wednesday on the M7 Motorway

A ROAD traffic collision that occurred this Wednesday on the M7 Motorway in Limerick has been cleared, but motorists are being urged to take caution due to poor driving conditions.

The crash occurred on Wednesday afternoon on the M7 Limerick to Dublin road northbound at Junction 28 Castletroy.

Emergency services attended the collision, which has now been cleared.

Motorists are being urged to proceed with caution, as a number of weather warnings remain in place for Limerick and surrounding counties.

Gardai are also reporting icy conditions on the M8 in Tipperary.
