DUE to high demand from hospitals, the Irish Blood Transfusion Service has scheduled an extra donation clinic in Limerick.
It will be held in the Radisson Hotel, Ennis Road on Sunday, March 8 from 11.50am to 3.10pm.
Appointments can be made by calling 1800 222 111.
Alex O’Connor, IBTS said: “By encouraging just one person to attend a clinic, you are directly helping patients across Ireland who rely on blood transfusions as part of their treatment.” New donors are welcome.
