Gardaí have penalised one high-speeding motorist after they were caught being 30kph over the speed limit.
A motorist travelling 131kph on the M50 was caught by gardaí, who issued the driver penalty points and a fine.
Our members spotted this driver travelling at a speed of 131kph in a 100kph zone yesterday on the M50.

The speed limit on the M50 is 100kph.
The motorist was caught over the weekend, as gardaí continue to appeal to motorists to slow down.
