Gardaí appeal for information about incident in Limerick bar

The gardaí are appealing for any information about three individuals

GARDAÍ are asking the public to help identify three individuals involved in an incident of violent disorder in an Abbeyfeale pub.

This appeal was broadcast during an episode of Crimecall, an RTÉ TV show which presents CCTV footage and reconstructions of incidents to viewers, and issues live studio appeals for information from the public to assist with garda investigations.

The three individuals, two female and one male, featured in a video of the incident shown on the programme on Monday night.

The incident occurred on Sunday, July 2, 2023 at 22:45.

Gardaí are searching for a man thought to be in his twenties, approximately 5’8 with a slight build, a blonde woman, approximately 20 years old and described as 5’7 with a stocky build, and a dark-haired woman thought to be in her early twenties, with a slight build and a height of approximately 5’5.

The gardaí are “keen to speak to anyone who was in the bar that evening, even if they spoke to gardaí that night, they may be able to help us with our ongoing inquiries,” Garda Greg Freegrove added.
