Experienced Limerick defenders Sean Finn, left, and Declan Hannon
THE Limerick side to face Galway in Saturday's Allianz Hurling League Division 1B fixture at Pearse Stadium, Salthill, 1.15pm, has been named.
Limerick go into the game leading the way in Division 1B following four successive league wins this year.
The game will see the return to action of Declan Hannon, who will captain the side from centre half-back. It will be Hannon's first appearance for Limerick since last summer's Munster final.
In another boost for Limerick, defender Sean Finn is listed among the substitutes for Saturday's game after recovering from a knee injury.
League holders Limerick will be hoping to secure a place in the knock-out stages of the competition this weekend.
Saturday's game will be live on RTE2 TV.
The game will be the first half of a double header at Salthill with Galway's Allianz Football League Division 1 meeting with All-Ireland champions Dublin.
