Limerick FC will begin their 2014 Airtricity Premier Division campaign at home to Bray Wanderers on Friday, March 7.

Limerick FC will begin their 2014 Airtricity Premier Division campaign at home to Bray Wanderers on Friday, March 7.

The fixtures were announced this Friday lunchtime and it will see the Super Blues once again kick off their campaign at home. They are on the road for the next two weekends - when they travel to Dundalk and champions St Patrick’s Athletic - while their second home game of the season is against Drogheda. They are then away to UCD, at home to Munster rivals Cork City, away to Bohemians, at home to Division 1 champions Athlone Town, away to Derry City, at home to Sligo Rovers and they finish the first round of games away to Shamrock Rovers on Friday, May 2.

Limerick will play every team three teams with the second round of games kicking off on Friday, May 19, away to Bray Wanderers and the fixtures following the same pattern as the first round, only with the opposite venues.

The midseason break takes place from Saturday, June 14, to Thursday, June 26, and the season will finish up on Friday, October 24, when Limerick’s last game of the season will be in Tallagh Stadium against Shamrock Rovers.
