MUNSTER Rugby out-half Ben Healy made his Six Nations debut off the replacements' bench in Scotland's Guinness Six Nations win over Italy in Murrayfield on Saturday.
Healy was introduced as a second half replacement at BT Murrayfield as Blair Kinghorn scored a hat-trick of tries in Scotland's 26-14 success at Murrayfield Stadium.
The Munster play-maker turned in a competent display at out-half for the 12 times he was on the pitch.
Healy, who will move to Edinburgh from Munster ahead of next season, qualifies to play for Scotland through his maternal grandparents, having represented Ireland at under-20 level.
In January, Munster Rugby confirmed Healy would depart the province at the end of this season.
Munster said that the province had offered the 23-year-old an extended contract and made every effort to retain the services of the talented out-half.
Tipperary man Healy has made 51 appearances for Munster to date. He captained Glenstal Abbey to their first ever Munster Schools Senior Cup triumph in 2018.
The iut-half started on his Guinness PRO14 debut against Edinburgh at Musgrave Park in November 2019.
He then went on to make his Champions Cup debut against Ospreys as an Academy player in January 2020 and moved up to the senior team for the 2021/22 campaign.
