Doon won the Limerick senior hurling championship for the first time this year. Na Piarsiagh's reign as county champions came to end this year.
Kilmallock and Patrickswell reached the semi-finals for the second year in-a-row. Monaleen and Ballybrown advanced from group two of the senior hurling championship which saw them reach the quarter-finals.
South Liberties have been relegated to premier intermediate for the 2025 season, while Newcastle West will play senior hurling for the first time since 1990.

1. Jason Gillane (Patrickswell)
Gillane impressed for the Well throughout the Limerick SHC. The Limerick senior hurling panelist provided Patrickswell with a huge platfrom going forward whether it be from long or short puckouts.
2. Cian O'Donovan (Doon)
The young brother of Darragh O'Donovan, Cian O'Donovan had a solid campaign for Doon. The east Limerick youngster was tenacious in defence and the corner back got forward at any chance he got.
3. Tommy Hayes (Doon)
Tommy Hayes was a rock at the back for this year's Limerick senior hurling champions. Hayes kept things tight in defence and the Doon full back won some crucial ball in the county final against Na Piarsaigh.
4. Emmett McEvoy (Na Piarsaigh)
Emmett McEvoy has built on his impressive campaign with the Limerick senior hurlers earlier this year in the Munster league. McEvoy didn't look out of place this year in the Na Piarsaigh defence.
5. Lorcan Lyons (Monaleen)
Lyons was previously part of the Limerick senior hurling panel in 2018. The Monaleen captain was instrumenta in his club reaching the quarter-finals this year.
6. Will O'Donoghue (Na Piarsaigh)
O'Donoghue previously played in the number six role for Limerick in 2023. The Limerick senior hurler look assured and comfortable in the number six jersey for the Caherdavin outfit.
7. Richie English (Doon)
Doon reaped the rewards of having a fully fit Richie English in their side. English was able to put a frustrating time with injuries behind him and the Doon wing back played a crucial part in his club getting over the line.
8. Darragh O'Donovan (Doon)
The Doon captain led by example and O'Donovan was outstanding throughout the Limerick senior hurling championship. O'Donovan brought huge energy in the middle third for Derek McGrath's charges.
9. Ronan Lynch (Na Piarsaigh)
Ronan Lynch has been a consistent performer for the city based club over the past number of the years. Lynch stepped up with big scores from open play and from the placed for Na Piarsaigh this year.
10. David Reidy (Dromin Athlacca)
Dromin Athlacca won the premier intermediate hurling championship last year. This year saw them retain their senior status and Reidy was in impressive for Dromin Athlacca scoring 4-56 in five games.
11. Adam English (Doon)
Adam English was the standout hurler in the Limerick senior hurling championship. English was a joy to watch for supporters all across the county and the Doon sharpshooter scored 2-58 in this year's championship
12. Conor Boylan (Na Piarsaigh)
Conor Boylan produced another solid championship campaign for Shane O'Neill's side. Boylan once again did a lot of the dirty work along with chipping in with scores from wing forward.
13. Aidan O'Connor (Ballybrown)
Aidan O'Connor finished as top scorer scoring 3-61 in the Limerick senior hurling championship. O'Connor was central in guiding his club Ballybrown to the last six.
14. Kevin Maher (Doon)
Kevin Maher provided Doon with a huge outlet up front. Maher used his physicality and strength up top to win primary possession and the Doon full forward came deep for puckouts.
15. Shane O'Brien (Kilmallock)
Shane O'Brien continued on his impressive form from his breakthrough season with the Limerick senior hurlers. O'Brien was on target with 4-21 for Kilmallock.
